The reservation will be confirmed after we receive the deposit  which is 30% of the total payment.

The amount will be returned if the reservation is cancelled 30 days before the guest’s arrival date. For all reservations that have been cancelled 29 days before the guest’s arrival, the deposit will not be returned.

For any stay shorter than 3 nights prices will increase by 20%.
