Accessibility Statement<\/h1><\/div>

Glavotok d.o.o., with its registered office at Glavotok 4, 51500 Krk, Croatia, strives to make its website accessible in accordance with generally accepted standards of digital content accessibility.<\/p>\n

Although Glavotok d.o.o. is not a public sector body, this statement has been prepared in accordance with the principles set out in Directive (EU) 2016\/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council and the guidelines developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI), including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.<\/p>\n

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA and the relevant European standard EN 301 549 due to certain instances of non-compliance.<\/p>\n

Despite efforts to ensure accessibility, some parts of the website are currently not fully compliant. Certain sections are not fully optimized in line with technical standards, which may affect compatibility with assistive technologies. Some images and non-text content are decorative in nature and therefore do not include alternative text, in accordance with applicable guidelines for such content. Certain textual content is not fully adapted for optimal readability and display flexibility.<\/p>\n

The website contains PDF documents that are not fully adapted for screen readers. Some interactive elements do not have full support for keyboard navigation or assistive technologies. Part of the content uses text embedded in images, which may hinder access for users relying on assistive technologies.<\/p>\n

Certain functionalities depend on mouse hover without an appropriate keyboard or alternative interaction method. In some cases, elements may not have clearly visible focus indicators or may not fully meet minimum target size requirements for interaction, and some data entry processes may not be fully optimized for users with cognitive disabilities.<\/p>\n

Glavotok d.o.o. continuously works to eliminate the identified shortcomings and improve the accessibility of its website.
\nTo enhance accessibility, certain technical tools and adjustments have been implemented, including solutions for improving contrast and adjusting text size. Such tools represent a supplementary measure and do not replace full compliance with accessibility standards.<\/p>\n

This statement was prepared on 1 July 2024. The accessibility assessment was carried out using a self-assessment method with the application of automated website accessibility testing tools. The statement is regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.<\/p>\n
