CAMP RULES AND REGULATIONS
- The Rules and Regulations of the camp are established in order to protect the interests of all guests (hereinafter: camping guests) at the camp.
- These Rules stipulate obligations relating to the conduct of camping guests while using all the services provided at the camp, as well as the manner of using appliances and equipment at the camp.
2) CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- On arrival, all camping guests shall check in at the reception desk. At the check-in, camping guests shall to hand over the identity documents of all persons staying at the camp for entry into the Book of Guests, as well as specify all additional camping equipment they will keep on their pitch. Entry or bringing in of unregistered persons into the camp shall be forbidden.
- Before departure, camping guests shall check out of the camp and pay the fee calculated for the provided services and the taxes. Payments shall be made from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for same-day departures, and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for next-day departures. Check-outs after 1:00 p.m. shall be charged for another day. Camping guests shall be issued an invoice for the payments made.
- Access of visitors to the camp shall be granted only by reception staff.
- Check-in for the pitches shall be possible from 1:00 p.m., and guests should leave the pitch by 1:00 p.m. on the day of departure. Check-in for accommodation facilities (villas, mobile homes and bungalows) shall be possible from 4:00 p.m., and guests should leave the accommodation facility by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
3) USE OF THE CAMPING SPOT
- The space for setting up camping equipment and parking vehicles of the camping guests shall be determined by reception staff depending on the available camping units or unmarked space within the camp area.
- Camping shall be allowed only in the spot intended for camping (marked camping units).
- Camping guests shall not be allowed to move to a different camping spot on their own initiative, without approval from reception staff.
- Parking (for both a shorter or longer period of time) on roads within the camp area shall not be allowed.
- Before departure, camping guests shall tidy up and return the camping spot to its original condition.
4) USE OF APPLIANCES AND EQUIPMENT
- Camping guests may use electrical and utility appliances, and equipment. Camping guests shall use the appliances and equipment in the correct way, for the purpose they were intended.
- It shall not be allowed to use electrical appliances (stoves, refrigerators, air conditioning units, etc.) not standardized for use in camping.
- Dishes and laundry may be washed only in areas intended for that purpose.
- It shall not be allowed to wash cars, change the oil on vehicles, etc. within the area of the camp.
- Washbasins, washing troughs, showers, urinals and toilets shall be used in the correct way, for the purpose they were intended, bearing in mind that these sanitary appliances are intended for common use by all camping guests.
- Connecting to and disconnecting from power supply installations (distribution box) shall be performed only by authorised personnel at the camp.
5) SAFETY OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES WITHIN THE CAMP AREA
- Camping guests shall take care of their property and belongings within the area of the camp.
- The management of the camp takes no responsibility for missing or damaged belongings of camping guests, as well as for accidents or injuries caused within the area of the camp by personal negligence on part of the camping guests.
6) ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AT THE CAMP
- Camping guests shall dispose the solid waste in waste bins provided at the camp.
- It is forbidden to litter or dispose of solid waste anywhere other than the designated bins.
- Camping guests shall keep their camping spot clean and tidy.
- Camping guests shall preserve the plants and greenery within the camp area.
- Tearing off branches or damaging (driving nails in) and cutting trees is forbidden.
7) PUBLIC ORDER AND PEACE AT THE CAMP
- Camping guests shall respect public order and peace while staying at the camp.
- Night rest at the camp shall be from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. During that time, guests may not settle in their accommodation units at the camp nor leave the camping spot for night-time departures from the camp.
- Guests arriving after 10:00 p.m. shall be accommodated at the camp’s parking lot with prior check-in at the reception desk.
- It is forbidden to use radios or TV sets, or to engage in advertising or make loud noise at the camp by singing.
8) FIRE SAFETY
- The camp is equipped with fire-fighting equipment and extinguishing agents to be used by all camping guests in case of need, and there is also a designated fire-fighting team set up by the camp management.
- It is forbidden to light an open fire or set up a fireplace, except on barbecues standardised for this use. Any lighting of open fire is forbidden in situations where there is an objective risk of fire.
- It is forbidden to bring highly flammable fuels, explosives, etc. into the camp.
- In case of a fire at the camp or in its immediate vicinity, the camping guests shall take part in the organised fire extinguishing.
9) CAMPING WITH DOGS
- Dog owners shall register their dogs upon check-in at the reception desk.
- Dogs shall be under constant control and supervision of their owners.
- Dogs shall be kept on a leash in the entire area of the camp, and larger dogs shall be muzzled and short-leashed.
- Dogs should preferably not bark for longer periods of time during night rest. Night rest from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. shall also apply to dogs.
- Owners shall be responsible for any damage caused by their dogs to other dogs, people, or the camp.
- Dog owners shall pick up and bag after their dogs, and use the designated dog waste bins.
- Dogs are allowed swimming in the sea only in the designated dog-friendly zones.
- Glavotok Camp reserves the right to cancel the stay of a dog owner for a serious or repeated violation of the rules.
10) OTHER RULES
- Any damages, faulty installations or equipment, and any disregard of these Rules and Regulations of the camp are reported by the camping guests at the reception desk.
- Any complaints about the operation and services of the camp may be submitted by the camping guests (visitors) in writing:

11) CONSEQUENCES OF NOT RESPECTING THE CAMP RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Camping guests shall adhere to all the provisions of these Rules and Regulations at the camp.
- If non-compliance with the stipulated rules is established, the management of the camp may cancel the provision of services at the camp to the guest.
- In case of cancellation of services under paragraph 2 of this point, the guest shall pay compensation for the damage caused.
