ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT
Glavotok d.o.o. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (Official Gazette 17/2019), which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
It also aims to align its website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).
This Statement applies to the website: www.kamp-glavotok.hr
Compliance Status
This website is partially compliant with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (OG 17/19), Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative – WAI.
Non-accessible Content
In accordance with the Act on the Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies (OG 17/19), Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative – WAI,
Glavotok d.o.o. conducted an initial assessment of its website’s compliance with accessibility requirements.
The following shortcomings were identified:
The website is not fully aligned with HTML5 standards. Due to technical limitations, full compliance is not possible; however, this does not prevent users, regardless of their abilities, from accessing and using the site.
Some photographs and/or non-text content on the website are decorative in nature or used solely for visual styling. Therefore, in accordance with Section 5.1.3.6 of the European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08), as specified in Article 7, paragraph 1 of the Accessibility Act, they do not have (and are not required to have) alternative text descriptions.
Some text is not left-aligned.
The website contains PDF documents in image format, which cannot be downloaded and read via screen readers.
Embedded interactive elements, such as the homepage slider and PDF reader/catalogue, cannot be operated or navigated using assistive devices employed by persons with disabilities, and no alternative option is provided.
Text appears as image files in dynamic website elements (sliders, mouse-over transitions, animations).
Certain elements that are not constantly visible do not open/close via mouse click but only on hover.
Glavotok d.o.o. is working to remove the identified inconsistencies and will strive to resolve them as soon as possible.
Preparation of This Accessibility Statement
